Our patient advisory board is a group of people living with Long COVID, ME/CFS, POTS, MCAS and related conditions, who help decide how our care actually works. The people most affected by complex illness should have a say in how it's treated.

Why the board exists
Care designed with patients, not just for them.
Most healthcare is designed in rooms the patient never sees. We've tried to do the opposite. The people on our board have lived years inside a system that often didn't understand them, and they know where care falls short better than anyone.
So we bring them in early and often, on the care model, the product, and the standards we hold ourselves to.

From intake to follow-up, board members tell us where the experience is heavy, confusing, or out of step with how complex illness actually feels.
