Dr. David Kaufman, MD

Dr. Kaufman is a leading ME/CFS and complex illness specialist and Medical Director at the Center for Complex Diseases. As CMO, he sets Vindara Health's clinical strategy and standards of care.

His clinical model guides how Vindara Health clinicians think about overlapping conditions, multi-system drivers, testing, treatment, and longitudinal care.

Paddy Monahan

Co-Founder & CEO

Paddy has lived with Long COVID since 2020. He knows the lack of access to informed care, the isolation, and the burden of coordinating complex illness largely on your own. He leads Vindara Health's vision and strategy, building the clinic he wished had existed.
Barry Rafferty-Lynam

Co-Founder & CTO

Barry leads engineering. He has spent more than ten years building scalable healthcare systems, and brings a personal understanding of long, complex recoveries to how we design Vindara Health's care tools.
Victoria Towers, PhD, DNP

Clinical Product Lead & Nurse Practitioner

Victoria leads clinical product at Vindara Health, designing the clinical platform that helps the practice run — and she's also a practicing clinician on our team. She brings deep experience in virtual care, patient education, and complex disease management.

Dr. Knight leads UVA Health's hEDS specialty center, serves as Vice Chair of AI in the Department of Medicine, and previously founded Mayo Clinic's EDS clinic.
